This Strategy Associate is responsible for developing strategies and initiatives for new and existing clients covering the effective use of digital channels within their broader business.
This broad scope of the role is to act as the strategic lead for client engagements, with a particular emphasis on conducting market assessment and feasibility analyses, and in developing business plans for the design and implementation of customer experiences across digital channels and similar customer touch points.
Typical client engagements would include business analysis and strategy formulation to underpin online marketing and CRM strategies, creative design and branding, and insight into trends and emerging behaviours driving customer activity across digital channels. This role is also responsible for providing thought leadership and developing and articulating the role and context of digital channels relevant to specific business or client objectives.
The Strategy Associate is expected to provide input across the range and scope of services offered by my clients strategy, creative and technology business functions, including strategies and activities to increase the number, quality and value of client relationships.
This is a professional services role and is accountable for a number of commercial objectives. These objectives include generating professional services revenues from the direct billing of the incumbents time to clients; assisting in the development and retention of necessary client engagements; assisting with the introduction of additional services and product offerings; and contributing to the development of skills and experience and the career development of the staff.
