We have a number of clients looking to increase their Master Control Operations in and around the Sydney area.
 
You will be an experienced Operator and be able to work with a busy and demanding environment.
 
As a Master Control Operator you must be prepared to work to a 24x7 roster.
 
To be considered for these positions, you must be knowledgeable within;
 
  • Responsible for transmission, reception and monitoring of digital and analogue satellite broadcasting communications such as data, IP and television broadcasts for DTH and ad-hoc SNG services.
  • Knowledge of fibre infrastructure, uplinks and downlinks, Encoders and Decoders plus digital switches and routers.
  • Control and monitoring fibre circuits.
  • Assisting live cross feeds
  • Maintaining and following schedule program
  • Identifying, rectifying and/or escalating potential faults or on-air errors.
 
The role will see you being responsible for monitoring and controlling equipment; and due to the nature of the environment you will have the ability to quickly recognise potential problems and rectify.
