This role will be focussed on a particular account base, messaging appropriate content most suitable to the dedicated customer base. As an important member of the sales team, this role is accountable for the following key deliverables:
- Assist the sales team with quotations, pricing and coordination
- Drive customer and partner satisfaction through understanding customer needs and providing responsive service to customer issues.
- Building relationships with key customer contacts.
- Assist with reporting and anaylsis of sales and growth areas
Your background should demonstrate solid sales coordinator experience preferably within medical/library sector. You must be able to build effective client relationships, and have a willingness to contribute to outcomes that impact the sales process and procedures.
